7 Essential Steps

STEP 1 

Initial Discussion

Our process begins with a friendly and informative conversation, either over the phone or using Zoom. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your project and to gain a deep understanding of your specific needs and requirements. We may also ask for any existing documents and floor plans you may have, so that we can fully comprehend the intricacies of your project.

We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients, recognizing that each client and project is unique. It doesn't matter where our client is located; we are dedicated to understanding their individual needs. With a wealth of experience in managing international projects, we are well-equipped to handle projects from around the world.

Following this initial chat, we’ll arrange a personalized meeting, either in person or via Zoom, to delve deeper into discussions regarding your budget and timelines, the design process, and to showcase relevant past projects. This platform serves as an opportunity for you to address any additional questions or concerns you may have and to gain a comprehensive understanding of our approach.

STEP 2 

Green Light

To kick off this project, we'll arrange a site visit to meet with you and conduct a thorough walk-through together. This will give us a better understanding of the project and help us identify your specific goals. After the visit, we'll create a detailed fee proposal that is tailored to the insights we gather. If there is no existing site, such as in new builds or conceptual projects, we will schedule another meeting to gather a detailed brief. This will enable us to create a precise fee proposal that aligns with the project's specific requirements.

STEP 3 

Concise and Preliminary Design

During the initial phase of the project, our main priority is to conduct thorough investigations of the site or property. This includes gaining a deeper understanding of your individual preferences and design goals for the project. Together, we will create a detailed brief that highlights your specific design needs and personal preferences. This brief will serve as a roadmap for guiding the next phases of the project.

STEP 4 

Design development and the creation of 3D renders

In the initial stage, we focus on creating interior concepts and architectural plans. We work closely with you to finalize every concept. Moving on, we develop layouts for your property and generate 2D floor plans. As we progress, we delve into the details of the scheme, specifying key finishes, materials, and lighting concepts.Once the mood boards receive your approval, we transition to meticulously designing each space in 3D. After finalizing the design, we move on to preparing a comprehensive technical construction pack, detailing all technical aspects for seamless execution.

STEP 5 

Construction Phase

Throughout the project's on-site execution, our team maintains a collaborative and detail-oriented approach with our contractor, engaging in meticulous discussions and evaluations of design proposals. This close partnership aims to ensure that our design vision is translated into reality with seamless precision. We conduct regular, thorough site visits to closely inspect and monitor the progress of the construction activities, allowing us to offer proactive, tailored solutions to address any potential challenges that may arise. This hands-on approach enables us to swiftly and effectively resolve issues, ultimately contributing to the overall success and excellence of the project implementation.

STEP 6 

Installation Phase

Throughout the construction phase, we meticulously coordinate proposals from various suppliers and manage the entire supply chain process. This includes overseeing orders, ensuring timely delivery, conducting thorough quality control assessments, and managing invoices. Once construction is completed, we take charge of the installation process, carefully placing furnishings, lighting fixtures, textiles, and other decorative elements. Our team assumes the responsibility of overseeing the installation of soft FF&E items, such as furniture, curtains, lighting, textiles, and additional décor elements, after a comprehensive site cleanup.

Our highly skilled procurement agents and suppliers execute each step of the installation process with precision and thorough attention to detail.

For larger projects, we collaborate with expert procurement agents who are dedicated to managing the procurement process, negotiating discounts, handling shipments, and overseeing on-site installations of all FF&E items. Conversely, for smaller-scale projects, our team manages these responsibilities in-house.

STEP 7 

Styling 

During the final stage of our design process, styling adds the perfect finishing touches, much like placing the final cherry on a delicious cake. At this point, we bring in carefully chosen accessories and art pieces to the spaces, adding layers and a unique sense of character.
